1. Preface
Extraordinary religious friends, if we examine history through the lens of the sociology of historical law, there is a fixed pattern: no occupation lasts forever on earth. Scientifically, every power built upon injustice will experience “structural fatigue.” A tranquil soul is one that understands time is in the grasp of the Creator. The enemy may feel they control everything, yet they do not realize that every passing second is actually dragging them toward their end. The steadfastness of the ummah is an energy no military algorithm can calculate.Allah SWT’s promise about the vanishing of falsehood is an absolute certainty:
وَقُلْ جَاۤءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ ۗ اِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوْقًا
“And say, ‘Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed, falsehood is ever bound to depart.’” (QS. Al-Isra': 81)
The Messenger ﷺ also guaranteed that there will always be defenders of truth who attain victory:
لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ لَعَدُوِّهِمْ قَاهِرِينَ
“There will always be a group from my ummah standing firmly upon the truth, victorious over their enemies.” (HR. Muslim)2. Explanation
The greatest lesson from history is about patience. The enemy may build fortresses and feel secure in their power, but they cannot stop the decree of “departure.” Remember the history of the Crusaders who once occupied the holy land for 90 years. At the time, people may have thought they would never leave, yet after nine decades, they still had to vacate land that was not theirs. Today, our brothers and sisters in Palestine are writing the same history. Though the enemy’s plans look solid, history is waiting for the moment when the “uninvited guest” must leave.Oppression is like a parasitic vine creeping on the trunk of a great teak tree. The parasite may cover every branch as if the teak were already dead, yet the teak’s roots remain driven deep into the earth, while the parasite only clings to the surface. Once the season changes and the storm of justice arrives, the parasite will be uprooted, while the teak tree will stand majestic because it is the true owner of the land. We can be funny sometimes; we panic seeing the enemy’s technology as if they were eternal. The colonizer is like a rogue house tenant; they default on rent and feel the house is theirs. But once the “Homeowner” (Allah SWT) issues the eviction notice, they have no choice but to leave—even if they have to run in panic.
3. Lessons and Message
The fundamental lesson for us is that victory does not always mean we see the outcome right now, but rather the ability to bequeath faith that justice will surely prevail.
The moral message: never feel that everything is over. To Allah, every plan of oppression is merely dust waiting for a strong wind to blow it away. Our morality is to remain standing firm guarding our rights, because the destruction of falsehood has an expiration date set by Him.
4. Conclusion
Beloved brothers and sisters, never lose hope. What is happening in Gaza and other Muslim lands is an extraordinary test of patience. Be certain of Allah’s promise, for their departure is an inevitable decree—whether tomorrow or several years from now. Focus on drawing near to the Owner of the House, for when the Owner wills, no force on earth can prevent justice from being reestablished.
